Promoting a Culture oriented toward the Continuous Improvement of people, skills, and processes, through specialist training, the use of digital tools (BIM, structural calculation software, collaboration platforms), and the constant adoption of best practices in the sector. (2025-2026: mapping and optimization of operational and site processes).
3. Compliance with Regulations, including safety, environmental, and quality directives
Operating in full compliance with all Laws, Regulations, and Current Technical Standards in the fields of Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, Restoration of Cultural Heritage, Site Safety, Environmental Protection, and Professional Responsibility, ensuring the conformity of the processes and services offered and promoting our Company Code of Conduct

Identifying, assessing, and proactively managing risks and opportunities that may influence the quality of civil works, renewable energy plants, and restoration interventions, adopting effective preventive and corrective measures, in line with the geopolitical, socio-economic, and regulatory context in which we operate.

Supporting the professional growth and well-being of employees, investing in their technical and personal training and in safety, and recognizing their key role in achieving company quality objectives and fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Management is committed to providing the resources necessary for the implementation of this policy, ensuring its communication, understanding, and periodic updating at all levels of the organization and to interested parties, so that it forms the basis for the planning and implementation of all business processes. The policy will be periodically monitored and improved to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in compliance with the principles of ISO 9001:2015.
